Challenge:

- Installed Lutron HomeWorks QSX panelized lighting and motorized shades for precise scene control
- Integrated voice and app-based control with Josh.ai across all automation points
- Deployed a fibre-backed network using TP-Link infrastructure for seamless connectivity
- Distributed audio throughout the home using Wiim amplifiers
- Installed a DSC security system with Hikvision cameras for full-property protection
- Designed and built a full-featured home theatre with surround sound and smart control integration
