Challenge:

The project required taking over from a previous cabling team while maintaining tight construction timelines and meeting strict installation specifications. Coordination with other trades was key to avoid delays and rework.

Solution:

• Installed and terminated all network cabling for suites, common areas, and network rooms
• Certified fibre connections across IDFs and MDF for backbone reliability
• Installed a miAlert nurse call system for real-time alerting and monitoring
• Set up and configured a Hikvision NVR for facility-wide surveillance coverage
• Performed cleanup and verification of all low-voltage systems inherited from the previous crew

Results:

• All systems were delivered on time and passed inspection
• The facility is equipped with a fully functional nurse call, surveillance, and network backbone
• Client expectations were exceeded with smooth handoff and full spec compliance
