Challenge:
The home was nearly complete when our team was brought in. The previous contractor had left behind incomplete or poorly placed cabling, and installation had to be done delicately to avoid disrupting luxury finishes, furniture, and custom millwork.
Solution:
- Terminated and labeled all existing in-wall cabling, including DMARC cleanup
- Installed a mesh Wi-Fi system using TP-Link gear for full-home coverage
- Integrated Hikvision cameras across the property for surveillance
- Set up a Qolsys security panel with smart sensors and user codes
- Deployed an Alexa-compatible smart doorbell with remote video and voice features
Results:
- The home now features a fully integrated network, surveillance, and security system
- All equipment installed cleanly without impacting the home’s design or aesthetics
